As a fellow anxiety patient, I think Ryan is being very real when he says a somewhat normal thing, thinks it’s embarrassing as all hell, wants to fall through the floor immediately and never resurface. Also, the feeling of being the only person who knows that a disaster is about to happen while everyone else is blissfully unaware is soooo familiar.
