I’ll be honest it did have the strength of world building and being incredibly visual. Not that I’ve ever necessarily struggled with visualizing what I’m reading, it’s just not something I always prioritize. This was masterfully written in terms of making me see what I was reading, I only wish more had happened for me to enjoy it. Five pages felt closer to fifty, and I found myself exhausted
