struggling with this to be honest…too much admittedly delicious-sounding food and not enough of literally anything else let alone introspection on the part of protagonist. also suffering from feels like a trend in translated fiction i read (hopefully just owing to the translation job) of having really terrible, unconvincing dialogue. there is still time to turn this thing around though!!
