This is a book to be looked at, not read, because it does a great job of gathering important visual documents of the development and achievements of its subject, comics auteur Harvey Kurtzmann; while the writing is dull and superficial, which is a shame, because you can tell that Kurtzmann was an interesting character himself and his role in popular culture substantial.
