Sherry Elmer I look forward to seeing what you think about this. I have too much emotional attachment to too many things, and lately I have been thinking that once I die, there will be no one left that knew my Grandma, so my things that belonged to her that are so valuable to me are not going to be valuable to anyone else.

Anne White Dana's approach to clutter is one of the only things that has ever clicked with me. She has many helpful videos and does a regular podcast in addition to her books, so you can check out her work that way too.

Anne White "Things" as in "clutter things." Just to clarify.

Sherry Elmer Thanks, Anne!

Dawn I am REALLY enjoying the book and finding it very helpful. It truly is a fun read, plus just reading it has helped me shift my mindset, even without starting to seriously apply it yet. She uses a set of "Decluttering Questions" that help take the emotion out of decisions and excludes judgment from what each person decides is important to him or her vs. what might be important or pointless to someone else.

This is a library book that is due today, but I'm not quite finished, so it probably won't be returned until Monday or Tuesday. I'll post a review once I've finished, but definitely would recommend!
