Legal drama set in Union Springs, Alabama, just south of Auburn. Side note, several years ago the town got hit by an EF4 tornado. Viola Davis with Patterson’s pacing. Viola even recorded the audio book. This book is timely and supposed to make you uncomfortable! Currently, the New York Times #1 book in the country for hard cover fiction. Wonder when this will be a movie or on a streaming service.
