I relate to Mia - I can appreciate the movement for women and all our rights - however, the last several years I have stepped away from the news and what going on in the world and just started living - bc after all I am one person. I have a life to make that I can live, enjoy, and be ok with - I can not necessarily worry about the entire USA and what they decide to do - and after all men do still have the final say.

I think everyone or most people have that one friendship that ended that left a mark. I can name mine and it took years of silent mourning to come to terms with it. We had a discussion in our late 20s but still....I miss her every day and wish that we never stopped being as close as we were, even though we are completely different people now as adults.
