How’s this one, Simon? I loved The Silent Companions by Purcell.

I like it. Set in and around a theatre with a jealous wife, and an "I will do anything for fame" actress, and the poor girl who is caught in the middle. Don't think anything will ever better THE CORSET, which is my favourite book of hers.
