I've accepted that this book moves slowly and there isn't any action. Hanging in there.

We are still assembling the team and getting to know the characters. There is absolutely nothing going on in this book.

Okay, so I'm back in another magical HBCU. I'm 20% in, 4 chapters deep, and.... Nothing.

There are too many POVs, and 1st person narration is throwing me off. The way the characters are describing themselves is so weird to me. I'll push through, but right now it's a strong candidate for the DNF pile.
