Just finished the book this afternoon. I really enjoyed reading each character and how they presented in the book. I felt the book had a lot of fluff in the form of overdescribed and detailed repetition of the house and grounds of the Cleaveland estate. Maybe it was how each person reacted to seeing it themselves for the first time. I am definitely looking forward to reading books 2 and 3!
