I just finished A Hidden Wholeness: The Journey Toward an Undivided Life and gave it 5 stars. In Hidden Wholeness, Parker Palmer describes the process and rationale for the Circle of Trust worships and retreats provided through the Center for Courage and Renewal. It's a great handbook for small group facilitation and includes step by step planning activities.
