As someone working in IT, it always amuses me what authors think hackers can do. (Usually it involves typing furiously, which results in breaking through any network magically, regardless where you are, and obtaining any information you need. Oh, and of course all that is done within minutes.)

So far they have interesting arcs, pretty different from your normal police investigation stories. I do need to make an effort to suspense my disbelief, though, because some things seem too far-fetched.
