tbh some of these references go over my head a little. it’s impressive that they all pick up on so much art and literature knowledge and catch all these subtle details but… i don’t know if i’d call it unrealistic, just maybe a bit much? it’s in literally every chapter, every conversation. i don’t know if i’m even allowed to complain about a book making me feel dumb but here i am

i think herstal's design is inspired off of hannibal but, if we are talking about his psyche, i would say albarino is more like hannibal (but, he's also way more playful than hannibal - there's defo differences yet, also a lot of similarities).

Lolol, yes, I'm too much of an eastern european to have a dryer 😆 and yes, I hang my clothes to dry so amazingly they are basically ironed *flips hair*
