Mid Reading Update: I’m enjoying this BUT I feel like every time she tells a story or a gives us a mythological update, it really takes me out of the conversation and story. She has a really unique way of writing, as I know Ava Reid to have, it’s just sometimes I’m finding myself rereading passages to make sense of things.
