This has been great so far. I bought this right after being diagnosed with BPD to try to understand my past a bit better and to see if there has been any contributing factors that has led to this disorder. Coming face-to-face with some uncomfortable truths and really grateful for that. I’m ready to heal and this is helping me on this journey.
