maybe its because im an adult reading a middle grade book but the whole multiple dads living in tiny houses in the backyard of their main partners house is just not realistic. i can excuse parallel universes and wormholes in the multiverse but i draw the line at living in a tiny house in the backyard just so i can cohabitate w 7 other ppl
