holy shit. A smart, hopeful, creative little book that makes me very very happy. There’s something so special behind the incredibly well thought out features of this world that suck you in (though that is certainly special, too)—and that’s the emphasis on working despite outside conflict. A titan that comes to destroy your world every year—what do you do? Live. Because why else would you survive?
