Omg, I loved this one so much. I’m going to have to check out more of his work for sure….

I didn’t predict/expect what happened, and so when I have no clue with a mystery/thriller, I always love it even more. However, I also loved it because I couldn’t put it down towards the end and my heart was actually racing.

Not to mention, I love how they are honest about the downfall of monopolies within the channel networks of American news, and its decline from true journalism, where giving the correct facts was most important, with the desire to stay neutral…. To the shit show we have now, which is literally labeled as entertainment news now, where propaganda runs heavy and it’s based off emotions with lots of rage bait…. Since facts aren’t important anymore, clicks and shares are.

How are you liking it so far?

I am enjoying it so far! I like how we are getting the story though the character chapters & itll be interesting to see if/what they conclude caused the crash or if there is more to the painter’s story like some want you to think.
It is interesting how relevant the media/politics role is even today with this book being a decade old & it’s only gotten more prevalent in our world today.
