INCITING INCIDENT: In my book it is when Billy sees the return address on a letter from his father, whom he hasn’t seen in years. This caused the main action where Billy then flew to see his dad and ended up helping catch an illegal poacher. If it wasn’t for the letter, nothing would have happened.
