Chapter 4- I would go back and listen again. It talks about making checking accounts as a budgeting tool and you can change how you allocate automatically what percent of your paycheck goes into which account.

Budgeting: collect all your data and then highlights the things in red as things that are non-negotiable like housing and transportation. Yellow highlighter for things that are necessary but flexible in the amount that you spend on them Like groceries. Phone and internet service goes here too.
