I still love this book! My favorite character has got to be Cody, a Southern man who is convinced that he is Scottish but does not quite know Scottish folklore, often mistaking it for others': “Good thing I brought my four-leaf clover” (208). The Reckoners are continuing their quest to take down Steelheart and are so far succeeding. I feel like it is a little too easy. I predict that something will go wrong soon.

I am really liking this book so far, especially the main character David. The world is plagued by evil people with superhero-like powers called Epics. He has joined the Reckoners, a group of people dedicated to stopping Epics: “I want to join you” (53). His main focus is stopping the powerful Epic who murdered his father, Steelheart, and has changed the Reckoners’ focus to stopping him. I don't think they'll succeed.

Hi Natalie! This books sounds super entertaining with interesting characters. I wonder why it is so easy for them to take down Steelheart? I can't wait to hear what happens next!
