With every chapter I just feel like I'm coming to dislike the characters more and more.. Why do they keep treating the FL like that?? They either say something harsh or unkind, or they ask a question that makes her feel bad.. I get that they're not friends per say, but surely there'd be more of a bond by now! I just don't understand..

Tbh a lot of the times the other characters seem pretty harsh and mean.. Like, I'm enjoying the vibe of the pottery studio itself but I couldn't really care less about the other people (other than Jungmin). Just because you tell me there's a bond between the members doesn't mean there is if we can't see it as the readers..

The writing is quite different from what I expected. It's a lot closer to literary fiction, rather than the usual healing fiction 🤔

I think I prefer Japanese writing to Korean fiction 🤔 There's definitely a difference in the way that they express certain sentiments.. but the writing itself just feels a little confusing to understand sometimes. Or I might be expecting more nuance when the author isn't actually expressing anything..

Just a little observation from reading my second Korean fiction in a row

It's funny that I'm reading this right now, 2 years after being gifted it, only to be invited to a pottery workshop.. What are the odds??
