I can understand that review about someone complaining they made sapphic vampires boring.
Tbc, I am enjoying it, it's just, we're following 3 plots interchangeably, sad closeted lesbian who wants to be free of her mother and these men, that same lesbian centuries later mater of factly explaining what happened to her, and a different sad lesbian flirting with the first with all 3 plots bundled in mommy issues.

Lucy is an icon thus far and I love her. Hopefully Mina doesn't get violently murdered, I don't recall her fate in the original. Iris seems neat and will forever be remembered as a little cabbage
