This is a fascinating read, especially with the use of the fictional slang "nadsat", but it sure is violent. I've had to give myself breaks and skip paragraphs.

You understand a bunch of the words and can figure out the rest from context. And I found a wiki with nadsat translations, which was super helpful. It's one hell of a story.
