I now know what that bright blue splotch is on my overlay. But the artist did make the mistake of making it a BRIGHT color when it says a faint bluish splotch. So it should've been blue TINTED tan skin. So it'd look a bit more purple than neon blue. I thought it was a printing error with how bright it was lol
