“Tell your psychiatrist. Your brain has nothing to do with your physical health”. This was as triggering to the author as it was to me . The amount of times I’ve been told this but in all honesty, it has a lot to do with it !!!! See the patterns ! The data ! It’s there . That’s part of what’s lacking in the healthcare system .

This has me crying so hard. You know how traumatic childhood was but hearing it form someone’s else’s perspective and realizing how childhood traumas stay in the body.
