This has nothing to do with this book but it’s come to my attention that when attempting to add books to my TBR list, Goodreads is recording that I’ve read them and given them five stars even though I haven’t—please stop liking my updates for Middlemarch and The Count of Monte Cristo I have not read them yet 😭
