I’m honestly questioning why I’m even bothering to finish this duet at this point, because it’s becoming borderline absurd. It feels like the author completely sabotaged the first book—especially the ending—and is now spending the entire second book desperately trying to clean up the mess.😵‍💫
I’ll finish it, but more out of stubbornness than enjoyment. 🫣
