This is complicated. As someone who is child-free by choice I appreciate when people (jokingly) say how lucky I am, usually the other reaction is trying to convince me I’m wrong and how much better my life would be with kids.

Now me personally? I would fire Natasha. Immediately. How absolutely disgusting to do that to another woman who you know is struggling with infertility.
