I’ve got about 8 hours left in the audiobook, which sounds like a lot but by Malazan standards means that I’m basically in the homestretch.

That’s a wrap on Y’Ghatan. I genuinely don’t know what the rest of this book is going to even be about at this point. Absolutely wild to place that chapter so early in the story, how do you ever top that?

I took a six month break from Malazan because even when I like one of these books I find them a little exhausting. In hindsight this was a catastrophic decision as I now have no idea who any of these people are or what the hell anyone is talking about
