I still don’t get the insane hype 😭 Also I hate the writing style… I really feel like this would’ve hit way harder in 1st POV with alternating chapters. Sometimes I’m literally confused about who’s even talking
And I’m sorry but the whole abusive father storyline?? I actually hate it. It feels so overdone and it’s genuinely triggering. I’ve been skimming those parts because it’s just… a lot

Currently 40% in and I have mixed feelings
It’s definitely entertaining and the banter is SO good (like genuinely the best part), but I’m not fully understanding the 6-star hype yet
Right now it’s giving 3.75 ⭐ vibes for me
The writing has moments that really hit, especially the commentary and humor, but something is just not fully clicking
…and I’m sorry but the AI mention threw me off BAD 😭
