THAT CHAPTER !!! clarion is stressed but that scene with milori in the end was pure magic. i also read this entire chapter listening to the past lives soundtrack (i’ve been reading so slow recently 😭) and the chapter ended when the soundtrack did it was chefs kiss! perfect accompaniment to this book
