i told my Catherine Cowles loving bestie that i don’t read suspense bc i always solve the mystery too quickly & then often struggle with motivation to finish the book, so she chose the book that surprised her the most & said she’d let me know if the theory i come up with is correct… i solved it 24% in… my reasoning? “his name is evil, so he gives me bad vibes.” 😭
