who calls someone Mr. Lebanon? That´s a country, isn´t it kinda weird to be called after a country, especially if it´s your last name? Like, imagine someone called Mr. France, that´s just weird imo

in my previous update, i wrote about how it´s weird for someone to be called Mr. Lebanon, since its a country, and talked about how mr. france is weird for example too. there´s a guy whose last name is french. as someone french, that feels a little weird
