So sad to say I’m not totally sure I’ll continue in this series which makes me so sad because the covers are so stunning and I’d love for them to live on my shelves. Also so bc I thought this would scratch the Emily Wilde/Veronica Speedwell/Love’s Academic itch.

Idk! I’m having a hard time getting on board with the way dragons are regarded in this book bc I’m so used to them being revered in the dragon media I’ve consumed. They’re not exactly… not revered in this world, but many are treated like pests. It’s just a different mindset to shift myself into.

I don’t know why I wasn’t expecting them to kill dragons buuuuuuut

I feel like things are moving really quickly!
