Not sure I can finish listening to this. I find the main character annoying & the story unbelievable. Too many life altering events & hardly any emotion.

I liked this one. At least when I read it way back then. Lol It just shows reading is so subjective. I really think timing plays a big part of whether you like a book or not. You may love it one year and a few years later absolutely hate it. Good for you on not making yourself suffer. I still have to learn that lesson. I always feel bad not finishing a book, but there are so many out there, I really need to get over that. Lol

Maybe it’s the audiobook that I don’t like? I’ll try another book of hers.
