a book about the enjoyment in long way and the scenery from a motorcycle. reminds me of alan :)

it’s a long-form contemplation of a man who rides with his friends (a couple who share a bike) and his son who rides on his bike behind him. his son always wants to go fast and keep moving and the narrator tells him “there’s nothing up ahead that’s any better than right here.” mmmmmmmm
