Antonio, confié en ti y me abandonaste

De momento, solo me he leído la primera entrega de la trilogía: Ciudad de cristal. Estoy esperando a que Antonio se la lea para poder comentarla en profundidad, pero en general, me ha gustado mucho. Que NY sea el lugar que hace que un hombre se pierda a sí mismo, me parece hasta poético.

Creo que hay reflexiones sobre la escritura muy interesantes. Al final, todo escritor se pierde en su proceso, o eso me temo.

"Excuse me. This is what my wife says. She says the father talked about God. That is a funny word to me. When you put it backwards, it spells dog. And a dog is not much like God, is it? Woof woof. Bow wow. Those are dog words."

Maravilloso este párrafo, me ha hecho mucha gracia. Un loquillo ese Peter Stillman.

Me lo he empezado solo para animar a Antonio y he acabado encontrando lectura para esta noche.

"The question is the story itself, and whether or not it means something is not for the story to tell."

¿Tú crees que con eso yo no me voy a enganchar? Pues aquí me tienes, viendo cómo meto esta lectura en mi día a día.
