i really appreciate that she is not fence-sitting at all in this book. not including caveats and disclaimers and explicitly acknowledging nuance would be faulty in academic writing but for popular writing i love the rare instance where an author fully believes their own argument and lets me decide whether to take it or leave it

my instinct with any self help book is to immediately search for faults in the “argument” but i’m trying to start reading with good faith first
