Before Chapter 1, the book opens with a quote from the OT, Job 9:10. There are numerous times where God’s name is used in vain, however starting on page 64 and throughout, there are several Scripture verses sited as the father tries to teach his son to live for the glory of the Lord and not for himself. It was very refreshing to read in a piece of fiction.
