Really enjoyed this. Marian is a wonderful protagonist, inspired by Marianne Moore. The tricorn brought me joy! I appreciated that this book stayed more along the lines of interrogating what about art is human and where artificial intelligence’s attempts at replicating it may succeed or fail, versus flat-out *villainizing* AI. On the other hand, other concepts broached felt underexplored. Overall tho — recommend!
