i’ve agreed with majority of what this book was saying, (for the most part), until we got to the genetically modified plants, which horrifies me. For one, I was raised knowing that we should never fw nature.. and 2 calling these bio-engineered plants “life saving plants” is a slap in the face to all of the people who are starving, not because of the food they have, but because of the food that they don’t.
