Andrea runs into more problems with both her home relationship, and deciding what she should do. "I don’t know what else I can do because if I do something right, it’s unacknowledged. She doesn’t even say thank you. But if I do something wrong, she is vicious... My personal life is hanging by a thread." (217). I think she's going to find a way to balance her home life with work, or even break up with her boyfriend.

Andy Sachs struggles with a demanding assistant job within fashion with Miranda Priestly, trading her personal life for fashion. While working with her, she starts to question if the job is worth the sacrifice, "That's not fair. But, I, you know, I'm just saying that I would just like a little credit... for the fact that I'm killing myself trying." (79). I think she's going to quit and find a better job later on.
