Okay. So. With the very first description of these characters I was getting Harry Potter vibes. I ALWAYS try and go into books blind, so I knew nothing. Imagine my surprise when the pennies kept dropping and I googled it to find that it is a commercial publishing of a "Dramionie" fanfic. Blergh... oh, well, we persist.

Like wading through mud. The danger of a fanfic scrub is that the resulting story has no world building or character development because JK Rowling did that over 7 books. I will finish this with gritted teeth.
