I sort of feel bad for Kamran because on one hand he doesn't want to disappoint his father and therefore be most likely executed, but he also doesn't want to harm Alizeh because she hasn't done anything wrong. She's only ever defended herself against men THE KING sent, which is perfectly reasonable, as she didn't want to die.
