ugly crying

cried a few times...

this book lives on the precipice of my minds eye every time I set it down

I was besides myself upset at Monique's character being so unsure of herself at the beginning, but I suppose, there has to be something to show character growth.

listened to 1/4 of this with my partner on our Arizona roadtrip and during the first few chapters, I kept saying saying I'll give it one more chance, and then we were hooked!
