Did not know much about Mongolian tribal culture or Genghis Khan. This book changed that. Loved the writing style - informative while able to tell a good story. Hard to read at times due to the brutality. I did feel like a big fat phony reading this knowing I could not handle living their life for even 2 hours, but loved it anyway. Disturbingly fascinating!
