In a good thriller, when a big twist is revealed, I can go back and trace how things a character did or said make sense in light of the new revelation. But with this book's big midpoint reveal, I'm not feeling that at all. Instead of "oohhh, yeah!" I feel "huh. Really? Ok i guess."
