my god. i LOVE the catcher in the rye, right. like love it so much i’m terrified to ever reread it in case i don’t love it anymore. i’m SUCH a different person than i was at 15/16 when i read catcher for the first time, and now i’m thinking..... maybe..... well... let’s just finish this one first before i make any rash statements

jesus. i’m on page 25 and i’m already having serious feels about this book. it’s like i have lived this situation myself countless times
