Firstly, this is actually not at all what I was expecting.
Secondly, this is actually so much more entertaining than I thought it would be. I was warned that the first book is slow and the worst of the 7 but this is fantastic so far. The writing and storyline is good. Something is gonna happen with Crispin but idk what yet, he is suspicious.
